Well ive got another new pup and repeat! And so Walter was here the other morning and picked it up and again of course no guarantees, but I know Walter I really don’t think this gentleman can stop until he really has done his best. I was completely shocked to see my rug look like I had just bought it and had it delivered! He said there were just a few more places on the rug he wanted to work on that had been a little more difficult to clean.Ĭompletely new rug but that’s what it came back looking like. After two weeks, Walter asked for one more week. He said it would take a few weeks and no guarantees but he would do his best at the large facility he has where, as he explained had a big pool where they lay the rug in and work on it. Instead of telling me over the phone what he could or could do, Walter himself came to see the rug. So I gave one last call to Proodian Rugs and spoke to Walter.
Well even I knew a steam clear we was not going g to work. I called several rug cleaning companies in Marblehead where I live, and had two that were going to just come and steam clean without even coming to see what I had already explained to be a tough cleaning. If anyone has a yorkie knows they are hard to house break. I have a beautiful and expensive 9 x 12 rug, that I thought was ruined my my new puppy urinating and other types of accidents. Or Salem needs a rug cleaned then I I highly recommend speaking to Walter Proodian, owner off Proodian Rug Cleaners, Inc. If anyone in the areas of Lynn, Swampscott,Marblehead Walter came by yesterday morning, picked up my rug and I never expect miracles but I’m sure about one thing, if Walter says he is going to do his best….but can’t Guarantee I still know it’s coming back almost if not looking like new! This time before I unroll the rug both dogs will be trained. I seriously didn’t expect to see it completely stain free….however, when he rolled it out it was like the day it had been delivered ,new again and stain free! I was beyond satisfied, and couldn’t believe he got every stain out. Walter called after several weeks and asked for another week as he wanted to work a little more on some areas that were still in need of a little more work. It took a couple of weeks as they have a large facility with pool like places for soaking large rugs like mine and that need extra work. Instead of telling me by phone what he could or couldn’t do, Walter himself came To my home to see first hand. So I I gave one last call to Proodian Rug Cleaners and spoke to Walter.
I know enough to know a steam cleaner was not going to fix these stains or smell when Summer approaches.
They are hard to house break ….small bladders! I called several companies in Marblehead where I live and some were just going to send a couple of guys with a steam cleaner, even after I explained how bad the stains were. If anyone has a small dog, you know what I mean. I had a beautiful and expensive rug that was, what I thought ruined by my new pups urinating and other types of accidents.
